1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and jiliho ("jiliho", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at jiliho.org. By accessing, registering on, or using the jiliho platform in any capacity — including browsing, depositing funds, placing wagers, claiming bonuses, or contacting customer support — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them without qualification.

These Terms apply to all games, features, promotions, and services offered on the jiliho platform, including Color Game, live casino tables, jackpot slots, sabong, bingo, and sports betting. They supersede any prior understandings or agreements between you and jiliho relating to your use of the platform.

jiliho reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. 2. Eligibility & Age Requirements

Use of the jiliho platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age, as required by PAGCOR and the laws of the Republic of the Philippines governing online casino and sports betting activities.
• You are a resident of or are physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful at the time of participation.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion agreement with jiliho or any other PAGCOR-licensed operator.
• You are not an employee, contractor, or family member of an employee of jiliho or any affiliated entity.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of a third party.

jiliho takes its obligations with respect to underage gambling extremely seriously. We reserve the right to request age-verification documents at any stage — including before account approval, before bonus crediting, and before withdrawal processing. If a player is found to be under 21 years of age, the account will be immediately suspended, all funds will be frozen pending investigation, and all winnings generated on the account will be forfeited.

3. Account Registration

To access real-money gaming on jiliho, you must create a registered account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. jiliho relies on this information for identity verification, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance.

You may hold only one (1) jiliho account. Opening duplicate accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. jiliho employs automated and manual systems to detect duplicate registrations. Where duplicates are identified:

• All duplicate accounts will be closed immediately.
• Funds in duplicate accounts will be consolidated into the original account, less any bonuses obtained through duplicate registration.
• Any winnings generated using bonuses on duplicate accounts will be voided in full.
• The player's primary account may be suspended depending on the severity of the violation.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials — including your username, password, and any OTP codes — confidential. jiliho will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify jiliho immediately at [email protected]. Do not share your jiliho login details with any third party under any circumstances.

Account verification (Know Your Customer / KYC) is required before your first withdrawal. Acceptable identity documents include a Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, UMID, driver's license, or any government-issued photo ID showing your full name and date of birth. Proof of address may also be requested.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the jiliho platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). jiliho accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI Bank Transfer, BDO Bank Transfer, Metrobank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Most deposit methods credit instantly to your jiliho wallet. jiliho does not charge deposit fees, however your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are your responsibility.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests from fully verified accounts are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) hours, seven days a week including Philippine public holidays. Processing times may be longer during periods of high demand or if additional verification is required.

Before any withdrawal is approved, jiliho will verify that:

• Your account KYC verification is complete and your identity has been confirmed.
• Any applicable bonus wagering requirements attached to your balance have been met in full.
• The withdrawal amount does not exceed applicable daily or weekly limits set on your account.
• The withdrawal is being made to a payment method registered in your own name — third-party withdrawals are not permitted.

jiliho reserves the right to request additional documentation to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations under Philippine law. Funds suspected of being linked to fraudulent or criminal activity will be frozen and reported to the relevant authorities.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

jiliho offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they may be withdrawn. The rollover multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Contribution percentages per game category are outlined in each promotion's specific terms.
• Time Limits: Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not met within the stated validity period. Expired bonuses and any winnings derived from them will be automatically removed from your account balance.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active at any given time unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Abuse Prevention: jiliho reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings — and to suspend accounts — where bonus abuse, collusion, or wagering patterns designed to exploit promotions are detected.

Welcome bonuses are available to new players only, one per household, per IP address, and per payment method. jiliho reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotional terms published at the time of opt-in govern that specific offer and are not retroactively affected by subsequent changes.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the jiliho platform — including Color Game, live baccarat, roulette, blackjack, Dragon Tiger, Sic Bo, jackpot slots, sabong, and bingo — are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By placing a wager, you acknowledge that you understand the applicable game rules.

jiliho's games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for non-live games, and real-time streaming from licensed studios and venues for live dealer games and sabong. The integrity of all game outcomes is independently audited. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for all slot titles are published within the game information panel.

In the event of a technical malfunction — including server errors, disconnections, or software bugs — that affects the outcome of a game round, jiliho reserves the right to void that round and return the wager to the player's account. jiliho is not liable for losses resulting from technical issues beyond its reasonable control, including failures of third-party game providers' systems.

Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software vulnerabilities, use unauthorized third-party tools, or collude with other players or dealers will be treated as a serious violation of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to PAGCOR.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the jiliho platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all funds, and reporting to PAGCOR and/or Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age or are otherwise ineligible under these Terms.
• Registering more than one account or providing false, incomplete, or misleading registration information.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, collusion, chip dumping, or coordinated play designed to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or misconfigured bonuses — any such exploitation must be reported to jiliho immediately.
• Using the jiliho platform to launder money or facilitate any illegal financial activity.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing jiliho staff, live dealers, or other players via any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse, dispute, or charge back any legitimate transaction made on the platform.

8. Responsible Gaming

jiliho is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming for all Filipino players. We recognize that gambling can become harmful for a minority of players, and we have built tools and policies to help players stay in control of their gaming activity.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered jiliho players directly from your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts.
• Loss Limits: Cap the total amount you are willing to lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after playing for a set duration.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the jiliho platform — including but not limited to the jiliho brand name, logo, game graphics, interface design, written content, promotional materials, software, and any other creative works — is the exclusive intellectual property of jiliho or its licensed content partners. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jiliho platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any jiliho content without prior written authorisation.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or technology used in the jiliho platform.
• Use the jiliho brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner not expressly authorised by jiliho in writing.
• Create derivative works based on jiliho content.

Any unauthorised use of jiliho intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of applicable copyright and trademark laws of the Philippines.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jiliho's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — is limited to the total net deposits made by you to your jiliho account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the date on which the claim arose.

jiliho expressly excludes all liability for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, business opportunity, or anticipated savings arising from your use of the platform.
• Indirect, special, incidental, or consequential losses of any nature.
• Losses resulting from internet connectivity failures, device malfunctions, or disruptions to third-party payment services.
• Losses resulting from unauthorized account access where jiliho has not been negligent in its security obligations.
• Accuracy of information provided by third-party game suppliers regarding RTP percentages, game mechanics, or jackpot calculations.

The jiliho platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While jiliho makes reasonable efforts to maintain platform uptime and game integrity, we do not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

jiliho collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By using the jiliho platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, jiliho collects personal data for the following primary purposes:

• Account registration and identity verification (KYC compliance).
• Processing financial transactions and preventing fraud and money laundering (AML compliance).
• Providing customer support and responding to queries.
• Complying with PAGCOR reporting obligations and other applicable Philippine regulations.
• Improving the platform and personalising your gaming experience.

jiliho does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with licensed payment processors, KYC verification providers, game suppliers, and regulatory authorities where required by law. Your data is retained for the minimum period required by Philippine gaming regulations, after which it is securely deleted or anonymised.

12. Amendments to These Terms

jiliho reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — such as modifications to eligibility requirements, withdrawal policies, or bonus terms — jiliho will provide reasonable advance notice via email to your registered address or via an in-platform notification.

Minor amendments — such as clarifications of existing provisions, corrections of typographical errors, or updates required by regulatory changes — may be made without advance notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. jiliho operates under PAGCOR authorization and is subject to all applicable Philippine gaming regulations.

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with your use of the jiliho platform, the parties agree to the following resolution process:

1. Informal Resolution: Contact jiliho customer support at [email protected]. Most account and transaction disputes can be resolved at this stage within three (3) business days.
2. Formal Complaint: If informal resolution is unsuccessful, you may submit a formal written complaint to jiliho's compliance team. jiliho will respond within ten (10) business days.
3. PAGCOR Escalation: If you remain unsatisfied after jiliho's formal complaint process, you may escalate your complaint to PAGCOR through their official player complaint channels.
4. Legal Proceedings: As a last resort, disputes may be submitted to the competent courts of the Philippines. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts for this purpose.
